PRIVATE LESSONS

Private Lessons

Times and Instructors are variable

Private lessons are a great way to advance quickly in the art of fencing. Most WFA Fencers who want to become competitive, or who advance beyond beginning level classes, benefit greatly from private fencing lessons. For some students, a private lesson schedule may work better than the group lesson times. For our youngest students, who may not be ready for group lessons, private lessons provide a way to get up to speed while going at their own rate.

We have a team of qualified instructors and coaches who provide students with private instruction.

Lessons often take place before daily lessons begin, or during or before open fencing times, but they can also be scheduled at other times directly with the instructor and are available by appointment only!

Rates for private lessons vary among our coaches, depending on their backgrounds, your interests and levels, and other factors, and are subject to change. You instructor can guide you towards a good fit for private instruction.

Please note that Private Lessons require that you have a monthly membership plan. You may pay for lessons individually when you reserve a spot, or you may purchase a private lesson package. If you find you can not make it to your scheduled lesson, please provide 24 hour notice. You will be charged for your lesson if you do not show up or fail to provide sufficient notice.
